4. Placing Orders

When you place an order, you’re agreeing to buy our products under these Terms.

  • We may need to decline or cancel an order in rare situations, such as inventory issues, suspected fraud, or obvious pricing errors. If that happens, we’ll let you know and refund any payment you’ve already made.

  • If you spot an error after ordering, email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t entered fulfillment yet, we’ll do our best to adjust or cancel it, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We want your Lucky Day Mahjong pieces to arrive safe and ready to play.

  • We ship to the locations listed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience, but they’re not guaranteed. Carrier delays and events outside our control can happen.

  • Once the package is marked delivered to the address you provided, responsibility for the shipment passes to you.

  • If a package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, we recommend checking with neighbors and your carrier first, then contacting us so we can help you explore options.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays, returns, or additional fees.

7. Preorders

Preorders help us plan production and reserve inventory specifically for you, so the terms here are a bit firmer.

  • When you place a preorder, you’re committing to purchase that item under the preorder details shown at checkout, including whether payment is taken upfront and estimated ship dates.

  • Estimated ship dates are our best good‑faith timeline, but actual delivery may vary due to production, transit, and other logistics. We’ll keep you updated if timelines shift.

  • Because we buy and allocate inventory based on preorder commitments, preorder orders cannot be cancelled for a change of mind after we’ve locked in production, except at our sole discretion, and any approved cancellation may be subject to fees as described in our Return & Preorder Policy.
